Creating Mailing Lists and Printouts

You may wish to create mailing lists or printouts from your Main Media Data. You can do this directly from the Main Media Data. If, however, you would like to customize your list in greater detail, it is recommended that you create a Review List or a Special Project.

You can print out search results from Main Media Database without having to create a project list. To do this, use the search engine to find the required contacts. After performing your search, press the Output button. The Output Options window will appear, under the heading Quick (see figure below), and prompting you for the type of printout you desire. You may print labels, Main Data Media lists, checklists. You can also create mail merge letters and send blast e-mails.

You may further refine your printout by taking advantage of the Select feature of Publicity Assistant 2000. After performing a search, press the Select button on the toolbar. On the left side of the Main Media Data screen, gray boxes will appear. Click in the boxes to indicate which contacts you wish to print out. When you next press Output, only those selected contacts will print.
