Overview of Special Projects

The Special Projects tab of Publicity Assistant 2000 has been included to allow expansion modules to the system. You may also use Special Projects to set up projects which you would like to distinguish from your Review Lists and Promotional Tours. As an example, you may wish to create an invitation list. You can use Special Projects to create the guest list and generate labels for mailing invitations.

You create new Special Projects in the same way as Review Lists and Promotional Tours. The easiest way to create a new Special Project is to click on the Special Projects tab, then select Add from the toolbar.

Adding contacts to Special Projects is also done in the same way as for other projects.
