Email

Publicity Assistant 2000 allows you to e-mail directly to a media contact from that contact’s record. When an email is inserted into the telecommunications box it activates the email button allowing you to email this contact directly from this page. To use this feature: Open a contact record. If an email has been typed in the telecommunications box the email button will be activated.

Press the email button and the following window will open.

Type your subject, message and attach any document. To send this message simply press the send button.
