The term project in Publicity Assistant 2000 can mean any project on which you work. Specifically, it can refer to a Review List, a Media List, a Promotional Tour, or a Special Project.

A project typically consists of a group of contacts that one uses for publicity purposes. They can be used to create mailing lists, touring schedules, reviewer lists, etc.

When you see the term used in documentation, it simply refers to whatever project type is being described.
