What is a Promotional Tour

A promotional tour is a market-oriented project. Initially you might add contacts from each of the markets you intend to tour. You can use this selection of media contacts to produce call sheets. As you book interviews and events, you can log the dates, times, scheduling notes, studio addresses, confirmation notes, and potentially, satellite or drive time bookings.

Each author booking is associated with a single contact. To book a television appearance, you likely have a single person in your Main Media Data who is the contact for that show. By adding that contact to your project, you can then enter details about the associated booking.
