Coping, Cutting and PastingWithin a contact record you can copy, cut and paste pieces of text. To copy a piece of information, select and highlight the text by depressing the shift key and highlighting the text using your mouse. Next, type control-C to copy the highlighted text. If you wish to cut the text, type control-X. Then to paste the text, place your cursor in the desired box and type control-V and the text will be inserted. Alternatively, you may use your edit pull-down menu at the top of the screen to copy, cut and paste. Hint: Remember to depress the shift key when highlighting text.
