Cleaning Up Projects

On occasion (i.e. after a server or personal computer crash) you may need to re-index (i.e. clean up) a project. If your project exhibits odd behavior, you should clean it. Cleaning projects can also enhance their performance speed, especially with larger ones.

To clean a project, open that project and select it’s Tool tab. Select the “Clean up lists” button at the bottom of the window. After a few seconds, your project will close automatically, indicating that it has been cleaned.
